Our President and Principal Consultant
With over 20 years of experience, Saafir Jenkins is a trusted HR executive and consultant with a proven track record of driving transformative change and delivering impactful results. His expertise spans the full range of HR disciplines, from strategic planning and organizational design to talent management, HR technology, and compliance. Saafir has held senior leadership roles at leading organizations, where he has successfully led complex HR initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, global expansions, and HR system implementations.

Saafir holds an Executive Masters in Human Resource Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Liberty University. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certified by the HR Certification Institute and was certified by the American Payroll Association (now PayrollOrg) as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) .
